Mike, joined the Timonier team in June 2025, brings with him a remarkable blend of discipline, leadership, and deep tax expertise. A proud Marine Corps veteran, Mike served our country honorably at Camp Lejeune, rising to the rank of Sergeant. His military service instilled in him a strong sense of duty, operational excellence, and a team-first mindset—qualities that continue to shape his professional journey and embody the values of Timonier.

Following his service, Mike pursued his passion for accounting, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from High Point University and a Master of Science in Accounting from UNC Greensboro. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with over 17 years of experience in the tax profession.

Throughout his career, Mike has held leadership roles in both public accounting and multi-family office environments. He has specialized in tax review and preparation, managing complex engagements with precision and care. His expertise spans individual, corporate, trust, estate, and partnership tax returns, and he is known for staying ahead of regulatory changes while optimizing the client experience.

Beyond the numbers, Mike is a proud father of two sons. Much of his free time over the years was spent at the ballpark, cheering them on from the bleachers, whether it was early morning practices or out of town tournaments.

Mike brings the same dedication he showed on the field and in helping individuals and small businesses navigate complex tax laws with clarity and confidence. His hands-on experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our leadership team.
